If the audio stutters or your earbuds disconnect, it may be related to one or more of the following factors. Please check each one:
1. Connection Distance: We recommend reducing the distance between the earbuds and your device, and avoiding obstacles, such as walls, between them.
2. Audio Codec: LDAC is less resistant to interference and is more prone to stuttering or disconnection in signal-heavy environments. We recommend switching to a different audio codec, such as AAC or SBC.
3. Network and Environmental Interference: A weak network signal or nearby interference sources, such as microwaves or Wi-Fi routers, can also cause stuttering or disconnection. Try switching networks or moving the earbuds and device to a different environment.
4. Firmware and System Version: Outdated earbud firmware or device software can also cause this issue. We recommend updating both to the latest version.
5. Crowded Locations: In crowded places, such as train station and waiting areas, stuttering or disconnection can occur due to the high density of nearby Bluetooth / Wi-Fi signals. This is normal in such environments.
6. Bluetooth Version Difference: A significant difference between your phone's Bluetooth version and the earbuds' version can also affect connection stability. ANKER AeroClip 2 supports Bluetooth 6.0. We recommend checking whether your phone supports Bluetooth 5.0 or later, as newer versions generally provide a more stable connection.
7. Single-Earbud Use: If you're only wearing one earbud while the other is far away, the distance between the two earbuds may also cause this issue. We recommend keeping them close while in use.
