1. Check the charging environment. Make sure the surrounding temperature is between 0 °C and 45°C (32°F to 113°F). Charging outside this range may prevent the headphones from charging as expected.

2. Try another different charging cable or power adapter to see if the issue persists.

Use a suitable power adapter. We recommend using a 5V / 1A power adapter for charging.

3. Note: Using adapters with significantly higher output may affect charging stability and is not recommended.
