What should I do if my soundcore Space 2 won't charge?

Check the charging environment. Make sure the surrounding temperature is between 0 °C and 45°C (32°F to 113°F). Charging outside this range may prevent the headphones from charging as expected.

Try another different charging cable or power adapter to see if the issue persists.
Use a suitable power adapter. We recommend using a 5V / 1A power adapter for charging.
