Clean daily/regularly
During regular use, ear cushions may absorb sweat and skin oils.
Clean the ear cushions periodically using 70 - 75% isopropyl alcohol or a slightly damp cloth. Allow them to dry completely before use.
Charge with the right cables / adapter
Use a 5V / 1A power adapter for charging. Standard USB‑C cables are also compatible.
Note: Charging via a USB port on a computer may result in longer charging times.
Replace the ear cushions
To remove: Hold the long edge of the ear cushion, gently push inward until a gap appears, then lift straight up.
To install: Align the mounting tabs with the headphone slots and press downward until secure. Gently pull to confirm the ear cushions are properly attached.
Keep the charging port clean
Dust or debris may cause poor contact or local overheating.
Clean the charging port regularly using a dry, soft brush or pointed cotton swab.
Avoid moisture
The headphones are not waterproof. If liquid enters the headphones, stop using them immediately to avoid damage or safety risks.
Recharge regularly
Recharge the battery at least once every 6 months to prevent deep discharge.
Position properly over the ears
Pressing firmly on the ear cushions while wearing them may cause brief airflow sounds or a clicking noise from the speaker diaphragm.
This is normal.
