What should I do if I experience connection issues with my soundcore Space 2?

If you notice unstable connections, difficulty pairing, or interruptions, please try the following steps in order:

Check connection status

Before troubleshooting further, check the following:

  • Ensure you are not in an active call session. Try pairing after ending the call.

  • Turn off LDAC by going to the soundcore app > Sound Settings and try pairing again. When LDAC mode is enabled, dual‑device pairing may not be available.

Reduce environmental interference

  • Avoid signal interference: Stay away from devices using the 2.4 GHz band, such as Wi‑Fi routers, microwaves, and cordless phones.

  • Reduce electromagnetic interference: Make sure there are no strong magnetic or electrical devices nearby (for example, large appliances or power tools).

  • Test in an open area: Try pairing and using the headphones in an open space to rule out signal blocking caused by walls or structures.

Update firmware and system software

  • Update the headphone firmware using the soundcore app or the official firmware update tool, if available.

  • Ensure your phone or computer is running the latest operating system version (Android, iOS, or Windows).

  • For computer users, check that the Bluetooth adapter driver is up to date.

Check device compatibility

  • Compatibility differences can also lead to connection issues.

  • Try connecting the headphones to another phone, tablet, or computer to see if the issue persists.

  • Test your current device with other Bluetooth accessories to confirm whether the issue is device‑specific.

  • Make sure the Bluetooth protocols and audio codecs supported by both devices are compatible (such as SBC, AAC, or aptX).

Reset

Reset the headphones.

  • Ensure the headphones are powered on.

  • Press and hold the Power button and Volume "+" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The red power LED will flash slowly 3 times, indicating that the factory reset process has begun.
