If you notice a more obvious delay (such as audio lagging behind video), it is usually related to the codec, audio enhancement processing, or the system/firmware version. Most cases can be improved by following the steps below.

Troubleshooting Steps:

Check the codec supported by your device:

Android: Go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth" > tap the settings icon next to the connected headphone and select the AAC codec; or open the soundcore app and select LDAC (if your phone supports it).

iOS: AAC is used by default.

Optimize the Bluetooth connection environment: Keep the distance between the phone or computer and the headphone within 3 meters and reduce obstacles. Turn off unnecessary nearby wireless devices (such as smartwatches and Wi-Fi routers), and stay away from potential interference sources.

Adjust device settings: Turn off audio enhancement features such as 3D Sound or equalizers. Temporarily disabling these can reduce processing delay.

Update the system and firmware: Make sure your phone system is up to date (such as Android 12 or above, iOS 16 or above) to ensure the Bluetooth driver is the latest version. Also use the soundcore app to keep the headphone firmware up to date.
