A PIN or password is NOT needed when pairing a Soundcore speaker with a device. Hence, if you encounter an issue during the pairing process, please try these steps:
- Confirm that Soundcore is fully charged and not connected to other devices
- Forget all Bluetooth pairing records on your device
- Reboot your Soundcore and your device
- Disable and then enable Bluetooth on your device
- Reset Soundcore by holding Bluetooth button for 5-8 seconds
- Connect Soundcore to a different device
- Update the Bluetooth driver on your device to the latest version if you're using a computer or laptop
