My soundcore speakers randomly cutting out

Normally the Bluetooth signal might be affected by obstructions, such as clothes, walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, etc. The issue of voices cutting in and out is also affected by the battery life and Bluetooth range. If the sound from your speaker is cutting in and out, you can try the following steps:

1. Confirm the speaker is fully charged.

2. Turn on and reset your speaker .

3. Restart your speaker and the device it is paired with to test again.

4. Maintain a short distance between your speaker and the paired device.

5. Try connecting the speaker with another device if possible and try another app or audio source.

6. Ensure there are no physical objects that may be interfering with the Bluetooth connection from the speaker to the device, such as a doorway or a wall.

If the issue still exists, please contact us for further assistance.
