How to stop soundcore speaker from buzzing noise
Please try the following troubleshooting steps if you notice your speaker is emitting noises:
1. Confirm the speaker is fully charged.
2. Reset your speaker .
3. Reboot your speaker and your device.
4. Try connecting the speaker with another device if possible; try another app or audio source.
5. Ensure there are no physical objects interfering with the Bluetooth connection from the speaker to the device, such as a doorway or wall.
Notes:
1. The charging port and AUX port are very close on some of our speakers which support AUX mode. If you use the speaker in AUX mode while it is charging, there might be static noises due to the electromagnetic interference which is normal. In this situation, we suggest you fully charge the speaker before using the speaker in AUX mode.
2. The speaker has a low battery or there are obstructions when the speaker is connected to your device, which may also cause noises due to interference.
