Most of our soundcore speakers come with a built-in rechargeable battery with the exception of soundcore Wakey and Soundbar.

Rechargeable batteries can develop a battery memory effect when it is only partially discharged, reducing the performance of subsequent charges and battery life in a given device. Please also note that the battery can be fully charged and discharged for about 300 cycles within an effective capacity beyond 80% (charge cycles are affected by discharge depth, and over-discharge should be avoided). Therefore, we don't advise customers to use the speaker while charging as this may negatively impact battery life in the long term. 

When a battery is completely dead after the device has not been used for a prolonged period, it typically takes several hours to fully charge the battery. We also suggest using a certified wall charger to recharge a Soundcore device to prevent the charger from overheating when charging the speaker for an extended period. 

Here are some tips on how to improve the battery life of speakers:

1. Do not completely discharge the battery before recharging;

2. Recharge the battery in time when the low-battery indicator is on;

3. Stop charging once the battery is fully charged (to minimize re-charging cycles);

4. Do not expose the speaker to a harsh environment such as extremely hot/cold temperatures;

5. Recharge the speaker regularly (once every 3 months) if it is not used for a prolonged period.

We do not provide a replacement battery separately and the speaker's built-in battery cannot be replaced. If it's an internal structure defect of the battery, please do not try to disassemble the speaker as it is not designed to be dismantled by customers.
