With this feature, managing your product's warranty details has never been easier. By uploading your purchase receipt, we can provide better support and ensure that your product lasts for years to come. You can also start return or exchange processes more conveniently. Our customer support team is happy to assist you, every step of the way.
To access the Official Warranty Service feature, follow these steps:
- Open the app and click on the "Help & Feedback" page.
- Click on the product you want to return or exchange to access the warranty service.
- Upload your purchase receipt.
- Start the return or exchange process if necessary.
Go on our Official Warranty Service feature today, and manage your products with ease.
Note: All of our products come with an 18-month warranty that covers any quality or manufacturing-related issue. Undamaged products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
