3.Step-by-Step Guide
Already got your hands on a Soundcore device?
First things first — connect it via Bluetooth and add it in the Soundcore app. It only takes a minute and unlocks everything below.
Step 1 – Go to the Home page
Open the soundcore app. On the initial screen, tap the Home icon at the bottom right corner.
Step 2 – Find E-Warranty Card
On the Home page, tap E-Warranty Card to enter the warranty section.
Step 3 – Select your device
You'll see a list of your added devices, each marked with one of two statuses:
Warranty Authorized – This device is already registered. No further action needed.
Warranty Unauthorized – This device still needs warranty registration. Tap it to proceed.
Step 4 – Fill in and submit
Scroll down the registration form, complete all required fields, upload the requested images (e.g., proof of purchase), then tap the Complete Registration button.
Step 5 – Confirmation
Once submitted, you'll see a confirmation screen. Your e-warranty registration is now complete. The device status will change to "Warranty Authorized."
Step 6 – View registered warranty cards
Scroll to the bottom of the registration page and tap here to view all your previously registered warranty cards.

Q: Why don't I see my device in the warranty list?
Make sure the device is connected via Bluetooth and has been added in the Soundcore app first. Only added devices will appear in the E-Warranty Card list.
Q: Can I register multiple devices?
Yes. Repeat Steps 3–5 for each device marked as "Warranty Unauthorized."
Q: What documents do I need to upload?
