Our speaker's volume normally does not fluctuate automatically. If you encounter this issue please try the following steps:

• Confirm that the Soundcore is fully charged

• Reset the Soundcore by holding the Bluetooth button for 5-8 seconds

• Try the Soundcore with a different device

• Try a different app or audio source
