Our speaker's volume normally does not fluctuate automatically. If you encounter this issue please try the following steps:
- Confirm that the Soundcore is fully charged
- Reset the Soundcore by holding the Bluetooth button for 5-8 seconds
- Try the Soundcore with a different device
- Try a different app or audio source
