A full charge takes under 1 hour for the earbuds, under 3 hours for the case with a cable, and under 4 hours wirelessly. Most charging problems come down to a poor connection at the charging pins rather than a battery fault. This article covers charging times and the most common charging problems.
Charging Times
-
Earbuds: less than 1 hour for a full charge.
-
Charging case (wired): less than 3 hours with the earbuds inside.
-
Charging case (wireless, standard Qi): less than 4 hours with the earbuds inside. Note that watch chargers aren't supported — they use a different charging standard.
-
Fast charging: 10 minutes gives up to 4 hours of playback in Normal Mode. The earbuds must be fully depleted before fast charging is used.
If the Earbuds Won't Charge
Charging relies on the metal pins on the earbuds making clean contact with the pins in the case, so most charging failures start there.
-
Place the left earbud in the left slot and the right in the right slot — the case is shaped to hold each one securely once it's seated correctly.
-
Confirm the case itself has enough charge to pass on to the earbuds.
-
Wipe the charging pins on both the earbuds and the case with an alcohol swab — dirt or residue on the pins is the most common cause of a poor connection. See the image for the pin locations.

If the Case Won't Charge, or Earbuds Won't Turn On or Off Properly
-
Check that the case LED is slowly flashing white — that's the normal indicator during wired charging.
-
Charging works normally when the ambient temperature is between 0°C and 45°C (32°F and 113°F). Make sure you're within that range.
-
Try a different charging cable and adapter to check whether the issue is related to the power source.
-
Use a 5V/1A charger if possible. Excessively high output power may damage the earbuds.
-
Confirm the earbuds are seated with proper contact, and clean the pins with a cotton swab and a small amount of alcohol.
-
If the earbuds have sat unused for a long time, give them at least 2 hours to charge before checking again — a battery that's been idle for a while can take longer to register a charge.
