2. Avoid Waiting Until the Battery Is Too Low

Try not to wait until the battery drops to around 20% or until the earbuds power off automatically at low battery before charging them. Charging earlier can help support healthier long-term battery performance.

3. Do Not Store the Charging Case with Very Low Battery

If you are not using the earbuds for a while, avoid leaving the charging case at a very low level or completely empty. Store it with sufficient charge whenever possible.
