Once your earbuds are paired, occasional dropouts or a laggy connection usually trace back to interference or a setting that's asking more of the Bluetooth link than it can reliably deliver — not a fault with the earbuds themselves.

If the Connection Drops or the Sound Stutters

Bluetooth is a radio signal, so physical obstacles and other wireless activity can interrupt it. This becomes more likely around walls, large appliances, and areas with dense Wi-Fi traffic.

1. If you're only using one earbud, make sure the other is sitting in the closed case rather than nearby — an open, active earbud can add unnecessary radio traffic.

2. Turn off LDAC in the soundcore app (Home > Settings > Sound Mode) and use a setting that balances quality with connection stability — LDAC pushes more data over the connection, which leaves less margin for interference. Note LDAC isn't available on iOS anyway.

3. If you have Dual-Device Connection on, turn it off and connect to just one device (Home > Settings > Dual Connections) — maintaining two active connections divides the earbuds' attention.

4. Move away from crowded wireless areas like airports or train stations if possible.

5. If the issue continues after trying the above, reset the earbuds and pair again — this clears out any corrupted connection data that may have built up.

Note: After a reset, the earbuds need to be paired with your phone and the app again.

If There's Noticeable Delay During Gaming

A small amount of audio delay is a known characteristic of Bluetooth audio in general, not specific to these earbuds — but if it feels more noticeable than expected, try narrowing down the cause:

1. Test with a different app or a downloaded video/audio file rather than a stream, since some apps and streaming sources add their own processing delay on top of Bluetooth's.

2. Turn off Dual-Device Connection and LDAC, then test again — both add slight processing overhead.

3. If gaming latency matters most to you, switch to Game Mode in the app, which is built to minimize delay (sound quality is very slightly reduced as a trade-off).
