If the sound from your Soundcore Motion Boom Plus speaker is cutting in and out, you can try the following steps:
- Confirm the speaker is fully charged.
- Turn it on, hold the bluetooth button and volume+ button at the same time for 5-8s.
- Restart your speaker and the device it is paired with to test again.
- Maintain a short distance between your speaker and the paired device.
- Try connecting the speaker with another device if possible and try another app or audio source.
- Ensure there are no physical objects that may be interfering with the Bluetooth connection from the speaker to the device, such as a doorway or a wall.
