What if You Fail to Connect My Soundcore Motion Boom Plus to the Soundcore App?

You will need to pair the speaker with your phone first before connecting the Soundcore app. Please confirm the device shows as connected on the Bluetooth settings on your phone. 

If you fail to connect the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus speaker to the Soundcore app, you can try the following steps:

- Make sure you choose the right speaker model in the Soundcore app.

- Uninstall the Soundcore app and reinstall the Soundcore app.

- Power it on, hold the bluetooth and volume+ buttons for 5-8s

- Try the speaker with another phone.

Please note that currently the Soundcore app is compatible with iPhone and Android phones.
