Software and firmware updates improve product features and stability. Please keep your Soundcore Motion Boom Plus's firmware up to date to ensure its peak performance.
If you are unable to update your firmware through the Soundcore app successfully, please try the following steps.
1.Power the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus on, hold the bluetooth and volume+ button for 5-8s to reset it.
2.In the Bluetooth settings of the device, remove your speaker, reconnect it, then try the update again.
In the Bluetooth settings of your device, there is a list of previously-connected devices. Find your speaker in this list and choose to remove or forget it, and then reconnect the device to your speaker and try the update again.
3.Uninstall and reinstall the Soundcore app.
Uninstall the Soundcore app on your Android or iOS device, and then reinstall the Soundcore app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
