How to Manage Calls

1. Answer/End a Call: Press the play/pause button once to answer or end a call.

2. Reject an Incoming Call: Press and hold the play/pause button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.

3. Mute/Unmute During a Call: During a call, press and hold the play/pause button for 2 seconds to toggle between mute and unmute. A prompt tone will indicate a successful switch.

4. Handling Calls on Two Phones: If your headphones are connected to two phones, and Phone A is on a call while Phone B receives an incoming call, you can:

Single-press the play/pause button to hang up the call on Phone A and answer the incoming call on Phone B.
Long-press the play/pause button for 2 seconds to reject the incoming call on Phone B.

Understanding the LED Indicators and Prompt Tones

Power On	The power-on tone plays, and the LED indicator flashes white 3 times before turning off.
Power Off	The power-off tone plays, and the LED indicator flashes white 3 times before turning off.
Bluetooth Pairing	The LED indicator flashes blue slowly while pairing.
Bluetooth Pairing Succeeded	After successful pairing, the LED indicator stays on for 3 seconds and then turns off.
Bluetooth Disconnection and Reconnection	A disconnection tone plays with no change in the LED indicator. The headphones then enter pairing mode, a prompt tone sounds, and the LED indicator flashes blue slowly.
Battery Status	Charging: The LED indicator is solid red. Fully Charged: The LED indicator turns off. Battery Below 10%: A prompt tone plays once every hour. Low Battery Level (30 Minutes Before Depletion): The LED indicator flashes red every 20 seconds.

Is Space One Pro Waterproof and Sweatproof?

Due to structural limitations, especially in areas like the USB and AUX-in ports, there is a high risk of water and sweat ingress. As a result, Space One Pro does not have waterproof or sweatproof attributes.

Rest assured, UV protection glue technology has been applied to critical components and key solder points on the internal PCBA to safeguard these areas and reduce the overall risk.

Why Is There No Change in Call Quality After Adjusting the EQ in the soundcore App?

The EQ in the soundcore app only affects media sound quality and has no effect on call sound quality.

I Cannot Access the soundcore App. What Should I Do?

When the headphones are connected to two devices at the same time, the soundcore app can only be accessed on one device at a time. Please make sure that the soundcore app is not open on both devices simultaneously. If it is, close the soundcore app on one of the devices and try again.

How Should I Handle Foreign Objects or Liquids Entering the Charging Port?

Remove any foreign objects and liquids from the charging port, and let it air dry for 24 hours before charging again.

What Is the Playtime of Space One Pro?

Based on tested battery life with specific music played at 50% volume on an iPhone:

1. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) mode: 40 hours.

2. Normal mode: 60 hours.

3. Charge for 5 minutes for 8 hours of playback in Normal mode.

Note: Playtime may be reduced if additional features are enabled in the soundcore app, such as Dolby, Adaptive ANC, or EQ.

How to Perform Firmware Upgrades

1. Follow the prompts in the pop-up window of the soundcore app to update.

2. Navigate to the "Update Firmware" section in the soundcore app's Settings to check for and install updates.

How to Enable the Side Tone Feature

1. Go to “More Settings” for Space One Pro in the soundcore app.

What Should I Do if There Is an Electrical Noise When Connecting the AUX Cable?

Electrical noise may occur if the device is charging while using the AUX cable. To reduce this, unplug the charging cable and use only battery power, or connect the device using a three-prong grounded plug.
