Is Space One Pro Waterproof and Sweatproof?
Due to structural limitations, especially in areas like the USB and AUX-in ports, there is a high risk of water and sweat ingress. As a result, Space One Pro does not have waterproof or sweatproof attributes.
Rest assured, UV protection glue technology has been applied to critical components and key solder points on the internal PCBA to safeguard these areas and reduce the overall risk.
Why Is There No Change in Call Quality After Adjusting the EQ in the soundcore App?
The EQ in the soundcore app only affects media sound quality and has no effect on call sound quality.
I Cannot Access the soundcore App. What Should I Do?
When the headphones are connected to two devices at the same time, the soundcore app can only be accessed on one device at a time. Please make sure that the soundcore app is not open on both devices simultaneously. If it is, close the soundcore app on one of the devices and try again.
How Should I Handle Foreign Objects or Liquids Entering the Charging Port?
Remove any foreign objects and liquids from the charging port, and let it air dry for 24 hours before charging again.
What Is the Playtime of Space One Pro?
Based on tested battery life with specific music played at 50% volume on an iPhone:
1. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) mode: 40 hours.
2. Normal mode: 60 hours.
3. Charge for 5 minutes for 8 hours of playback in Normal mode.
Note: Playtime may be reduced if additional features are enabled in the soundcore app, such as Dolby, Adaptive ANC, or EQ.

What Should I Do if There Is an Electrical Noise When Connecting the AUX Cable?
Electrical noise may occur if the device is charging while using the AUX cable. To reduce this, unplug the charging cable and use only battery power, or connect the device using a three-prong grounded plug.
