To achieve the best audio experience with your Space One Pro headphones, here are some tips and tricks.
1. Adjust the Sound Effects (EQ) in the soundcore App
One of the easiest ways to improve the sound quality of your Space One Pro headphones is by adjusting the EQ settings in the soundcore app. The app has various EQ presets built in for you to choose from. You can also customize the sound profile and experiment with different settings to find the one that best suits your preferences.
2. Avoid Playing Music During Calls
With your headphones connected to your phone, if music is on during a call, the sound quality may degrade. In this circumstance, the audio is transmitted through the Hands-Free Profile (HFP), which is optimized for voice rather than music. To ensure high-quality audio, avoid playing music while making calls.
3. Optimize Settings on Your Computers
On macOS computers:
Accessing "Input" in Sound under System Preferences can cause the headphones to enter call mode. In this case, audio is transmitted through the voice channel, resulting in inferior music quality. To avoid this, exit “Input.”
On Windows computers:
Make sure that the sound output is set to "soundcore Space One Pro Stereo" in the sound settings, so the audio is transmitted via the high-quality stereo mode rather than a lower-quality voice mode.
4. Power On the Headphones for Wired Connection
When using a wired connection, if your headphones are off, the default EQ will not be applied, leading to inferior sound quality. Press the power button to turn on the headphones, which will activate the default EQ settings.
By following these instructions, you can significantly enhance the sound quality of your Space One Pro headphones and enjoy a superior listening experience.
