Ⅰ. How to Get the Best Sound Quality

Adjust the Sound Effects (EQ) in the soundcore App
The easiest way to improve the sound quality is by adjusting the EQ settings in the soundcore app.
You can choose from various preset EQs or use the Custom EQ or HearID Sound for a more personalized experience.

Enable LDAC for High-Quality Audio
If your phone supports LDAC, turn it on in the soundcore app.
Ⅱ. How to Get Louder Volume

Make sure the headphones are worn properly and fit snugly to prevent sound leakage.

Resolve volume sync issues.

For Android, enable Media Volume Sync. The steps may vary by phone model.

For iOS, disable Reduce Loud Audio, as it limits the maximum volume of headphones.

Turn off Safe Volume in the soundcore app.

Make sure the left and right ear cups are on the correct sides.
