It takes approximately 6 hours to charge Rave 3S with the recommended 5V/3A (15W) charger.
Are Rave 3S and the wireless microphones waterproof?
Rave 3S is IPX4 water-resistant. The wireless microphones are not waterproof.
How many drivers does Rave 3S have?
Rave 3S is equipped with a 6.5-inch woofer and three 2.5-inch full-range speakers.
What is the output of Rave 3S?

Can Rave 3S be used with the soundcore app?
Yes, Rave 3S works with the soundcore app. The soundcore app is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can install it from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Note: If you cannot find Rave 3S in the soundcore app, please download the latest version of the soundcore app from the app store.
When multiple Rave 3S speakers are paired, can the microphone also pair with multiple speakers?
The wireless microphone is currently designed to pair with only one Rave 3S speaker (host). We are always committed to enhancing our product's performance, and we appreciate your understanding.
What technology does Rave 3S use to connect with other speakers?
Rave 3S features the latest Auracast™ technology, which offers significant advantages over previous wireless transmission protocols: Control all Auracast-connected speakers with a single device. Enjoy superior audio quality, lower latency, and more stable connections.
To use AuraCast, power on each Rave 3S and press the Auracast button to automatically pair them. A prompt tone will indicate successful pairing.

When connecting two Rave 3S via Auracast, stereo (left and right channel) output is supported. Double-click the Auracast button on either unit to switch between left and right channel output.

When connecting three or more units via Auracast, they will output in unified mono sound.
Note: Due to protocol incompatibility, Auracast cannot pair with devices that use PartyCast. soundcore will launch more products that support Auracast in the future.
How do you connect Rave 3S to a TV?
AUX Connection (Recommended):
Step 1: Locate the 3.5 mm headphone jack or AUX-OUT port on your TV.
Step 2: Use a 3.5 mm audio cable to connect the TV's audio output port to the AUX-IN port on the back of Rave 3S.
Step 3: Set your TV to AUX-OUT mode. Consult your TV's user manual if you're not sure how to do this.
Bluetooth Connection:
Step 1: Turn on Rave 3S, press the Bluetooth button to enter Bluetooth pairing, and ensure that the speaker is not connected to any devices.
Step 2: Turn on your TV. In the TV's settings, find and enable the Bluetooth function. Locate "Rave 3S" and connect to it. If your TV displays "Rave 3S ble", please do not connect to it; instead, connect to "Rave 3S".
Note:
- If audio is not outputting from Rave 3S after connecting to the TV, please check whether the TV's audio output is set to Bluetooth.
- If the connection fails, please unpair and pair again.
How do I pair the wireless microphone with Rave 3S?
After turning on Rave 3S and the wireless microphone, they are usually set to automatically connect. If your microphone does not pair with the speaker, please follow the steps below to complete the connection:
1. On Rave 3S, simultaneously press and hold the "Next Track" and "AI Vocal" buttons for 8 seconds. When you hear a tone, it means the speaker has entered microphone pairing mode.
2. On the wireless microphone, simultaneously press and hold the "Volume +" and "AI Vocal" buttons for 8 seconds. The microphone will enter pairing mode, the indicator light on the power button will flash white, and the microphone will automatically search for a speaker to pair. When you hear a tone, the microphone has successfully paired.
After automatically shutting down due to low battery, why can't the Rave 3S be turned on immediately when connected to a charger?
Based on the relevant requirements of the EU IEC62680 safety certification, Rave 3S has a charging protection mechanism in low battery conditions. When the adapter is plugged in, Rave 3S will start charging 24 seconds later. After charging for 2 minutes, it can be turned on normally.
How do I adjust the volume of the microphone connected to Rave 3S?
1. Adjust the included microphone volume using the volume buttons on the microphone.
2. For the wired microphone, adjust the volume by using the wired mic volume control on the Rave 3S control panel.
Which direction increases wired mic volume and reverb on the Rave 3S control panel?
1. Turning clockwise increases the wired microphone volume/reverb intensity.
2. Turning counterclockwise decreases the wired microphone volume/reverb intensity.
Can I adjust the AI vocal removal level?
Yes, you can adjust the level via the soundcore app or by using the AI vocal removal button on the wireless mic. The indicator lights on the button correspond to the AI vocal removal level:
a. Four lights: 100% AI vocal removal.
b. Three lights: 75% AI vocal removal.
c. Two lights: 50% AI vocal removal.
d. One light: 25% AI vocal removal.
e. No lights: AI vocal removal is off.
NOTE: You can also turn AI vocal removal on or off via the Rave 3S control panel, but you cannot adjust the level.
Why are there still a lot of the original vocals in the song after turning on AI vocal removal on the Rave 3S control panel?
1. The Rave 3S control panel only supports turning AI vocal removal on or off; it does not allow you to adjust the level.
2. Use the AI vocal removal button on the wireless mic to adjust the level. You can also adjust the vocal removal level in the soundcore app.
With the AI vocal removal function set to 100%, why is the original vocal still present?
To ensure that the accompaniment of most songs remains undistorted when the vocal removal function is activated, Rave 3S retains a slight amount of the original vocals.
How do I switch reverb modes?
Use the soundcore app to switch between different reverb modes. The reverb knob on the Rave 3S control panel only supports reverb level adjustment.
How can I update Rave 3S's firmware?
1. Open the soundcore app and press "Update Firmware."
2. Do not use your phone while the firmware is updating, except if you've set the soundcore app to run in the background.
3. Rave 3S will restart automatically after updating.
How do I turn off the speaker's on/off and Bluetooth connection notification sounds?
1. Open the soundcore app and enter the Rave 3S interface.
2. Click the Settings button in the upper right corner.
3. Go to "Speaker Prompts" to turn notification sounds on or off.
Does Rave 3S automatically shut down?
By default, the speaker will automatically turn off after 20 minutes of no audio signal input or connection. You can customize the auto power-off time in the soundcore app.
1. Open the soundcore app and go to the Rave 3S interface.
2. Click the Settings button in the upper right corner.
3. In the "Auto Power Off" section, you can select different auto power-off times or disable the auto power-off feature.
How can I extend the battery life?
Here are some tips on how to improve the battery life of Rave 3S:
1. Do not completely discharge the battery before recharging.
2. Recharge the battery as soon as possible when the low-battery indicator is on.
3. Stop charging once the battery is fully charged (to minimize recharging cycles).
4. Do not expose the speaker to harsh environments with extremely hot or cold temperatures.
5. Recharge the speaker regularly (once every 3 months) if it is not used for a prolonged period.
