It is normal for the Rave 3S not to turn on immediately when connected to a charger after automatically shutting down due to low battery.

Based on the relevant requirements of the EU IEC62680 safety certification, Rave 3S has a charging protection mechanism in low battery conditions. When the adapter is plugged in, Rave 3S will start charging 24 seconds later. After charging for 2 minutes, it can be turned on normally.
