Why does the music pause automatically or the Noise Cancelling mode change while I'm wearing soundcore P42i ?
First, check if you are wearing both earbuds and if Wearing Detection is enabled in the app. By design, removing one earbud automatically pauses the music. This is normal.
Path to enable/disable Wearing Detection: Open the app > Settings > Wearing Detection.
Removing one earbud will switch the Noise Cancelling mode to Normal.
If you accidentally cover the sensor while removing the earbud, it may detect this as still being in your ear, which can cause the music to resume and for it to switch back to Noise Cancelling mode.
