Ensure you have removed the protective film covering the charging pins and fully charged the earbuds.

Restart your Bluetooth device (e.g., phone or computer). Forget all previous pairing records on the device and turn off Bluetooth.

Fully charge the earbuds and reset them by following these steps:

Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.

Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes quickly 3 times, confirming the reset is successful.

Turn on your device's Bluetooth, search for "soundcore P42i," and pair.
Test the earbuds with another device (phone/tablet, etc.) to see if the issue persists.

If a pop-up window asks to confirm pairing with "soundcore P42i," select "Pair." If you accidentally select "Cancel," you will need to refresh (turn off and on) your device's Bluetooth and pair the earbuds again.
