Why do I hear background sound when using soundcore P42i in Transparency mode?
First, check if the noise is coming from the earbuds themselves, and see if it persists in Normal or ANC mode.
If it doesn't persist, the noise is likely ambient sound being picked up by Transparency mode, which is normal.
Transparency mode amplifies ambient sounds to help you stay aware of your surroundings. This can result in faint background noise becoming audible.
A slight, continuous noise is normal. However, if the noise is loud enough to interfere with normal use, the product may be defective. Please contact customer support for assistance.
