1. If noise occurs during wear, ensure the earbuds are worn correctly and securely by following these steps:
- Check the L/R markings on the back of the earbuds to ensure they are worn on the corresponding sides. Rotate the earbuds to find the most comfortable fit.
- Try different ear wing sizes to ensure the ones you use fit well and create a tight seal. If one of your ear wings doesn't fit properly, try combining different sizes (e.g., using a size 2 ear wing on the left and a size 3 ear wing on the right).
2. Switch to Normal mode to see if the noise persists.
3. In ANC mode, the earbuds capture ambient noise via microphones and generate counter-phase sound waves to cancel it. This real-time processing may produce extremely faint electronic noise from the circuitry.
4. All electronic devices produce subtle background noise (e.g., humming) during operation. This noise is barely perceptible but still present; highly sensitive listeners may notice it.
5. Test with different audio sources and Bluetooth devices (phones, tablets, etc.) to determine whether the issue stems from the audio source or the product itself.
Note: Noise cancellation reduces ambient sound but does not eliminate it completely. Some residual noise may persist, especially in very loud environments.
