What should I do if the volume is low when my Liberty Buds are connected to my computer/phone?

1. Make sure the charging case has enough power and reset the earbuds as follows:

- Place the earbuds in the charging case and ensure the case lid stays open.

- Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for 10 seconds. Hold until the LED indicator on the case flashes white rapidly three times. This confirms the reset was successful.

Note: When resetting, the earbuds must be properly connected to the charging case. Please check that the left LED on the charging case lights up white when the left earbud is placed inside, and that the right LED lights up white when the right earbud is placed inside. This confirms that both earbuds are making proper contact with the charging case.

 

2. Reconnect your earbuds and set the volume to maximum on both your connected device and earbuds.

 

3. Use a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of topical alcohol to gently clean the sound nozzle mesh/rear vent hole.

 

4. If the volume is low when connected to your device, please check the following settings。

- Android: Enable Absolute Volume in Developer Options on your phone, or turn on Device Volume Sync to match the earbud volume with your phone.

- iOS: Disable the maximum volume limit on your phone. Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, and turn off Reduce Loud Sounds.

- In the soundcore app, disable the maximum volume limit in Safe Volume > Limit High Volume
