If one earbud sounds quieter than the other, this is usually a fit or settings issue rather than a hardware fault.

Gently clean the mesh filter on the rubber ear tips and the metal mesh underneath using a cotton swab dipped in a little rubbing alcohol.

Fully charge the earbuds and reset them by following these steps:

Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.

Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes quickly 3 times, confirming the reset is successful.

Check the audio balance settings on your connected device:

Android: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio & On-Screen Text > Audio Balance.

Apple: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio / Visual > Balance.
Samsung: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Enhancements > Connected Audio Balance.

Note: Shifting the balance to the left will make the left earbud louder and the right one quieter, and vice versa.
