What should I do if the sound automatically pauses when I use the earbuds

To fix this issue, please try the following steps:

 

1. Confirm that both earbuds are worn properly. Typically, the sound will pause automatically when one earbud is removed.

 

2. If the sound still pauses while both earbuds are in place and you hear a notification tone when you put them on:

- Try using different ear tips or contact soundcore customer service for upgraded ear tips to ensure they fit properly.

- Contact soundcore customer service to request a firmware update to version 3.24 and later for optimized wearing detection.

- You can also turn off the wearing detection feature in the soundcore app.
