What should I do if the bass is weak, especially when using ANC and Transparency modes?
We suggest trying the following:
- Try different sizes of the included ear tips and make sure you're wearing the earbuds in the correct position so they create a tight seal. This will enhance the sound quality and noise cancellation effect.
- Turn on "BassUp" in the Soundcore app.
