What should I do if Sport X10 has poor sound quality?
We suggest trying the following:
- Try different sizes of the included ear tips and make sure you're wearing the earbuds in the correct position so they create a tight seal. This will enhance the sound quality and noise cancellation effect. - Try different types of music and make sure the input audio source has no distortion or other noises. - Try different EQ modes on the Soundcore app and customize the EQ to your preference.
