2. If you remove one earbud while wearing both earbuds, the earbuds automatically switches to Normal mode. Check if this mode switch caused the sound change.

3. Check if Wind Noise Reduction or Adaptive mode is enabled. These modes adjust the sound automatically based on changes in your environment.

4. We recommend turning off Wind Noise Reduction in normal, windless environments.
