Choppy audio or unexpected disconnections are often caused by interference or range issues. Here's how to stabilize the connection.
Please note that this does not necessarily mean the earbuds are defective; it may be related to the connected device or the environment. Bluetooth signals can be affected by obstacles such as walls, pillars, home appliances, and Wi-Fi networks. For a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstacles.
To resolve this issue, please try the following:

Fully charge the earbuds and reset them by following these steps:

Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.

Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes quickly 3 times, confirming the reset is successful.

Turn off Dual Connections in the soundcore app.

Check the earbuds by listening to downloaded music or videos.

Test the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if they work properly.
