Try these general troubleshooting steps and see if this helps: 1. Fully charge your earbuds and hit reset. 2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open. 3. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the 3 LED indicators blink white 3 times and then flashes white in sequence continuously. 4. This confirms that the reset was successful and that your earbuds have entered pairing mode. 5. Pair your earbuds with your Bluetooth device again and hold them in your hand. Then, press on the logo to see if it works. 6. Make sure that the contact surface between your finger and the earbuds logo is clean. 7. Make sure you tap on the right spot (where the logo is printed). 8. Make sure each tap is in the right spot within 1 second when you double or triple tap.
