What Should I do if My Soundcore Mini Cannot Pair with an Alexa Device?

Our Bluetooth speakers can normally pair with Alexa devices like Amazon Echo Dot. However, Bluetooth cache may be the reason for the pairing failure between these devices.

If your speaker cannot pair properly, please try these steps:

- Reset Soundcore Mini by holding the 'Mode' button for 2 seconds

- Reset the Alexa device

- Restart the audio player device

- Turn off and then turn on the audio player device's Bluetooth

- Clear all pairing records on the audio player device

- Restart Soundcore Mini and then re-pair it with your audio player device

- Uninstall and then install the Alexa app again

If the issue persists, please contact us at service@soundcore.com for further assistance. Make sure to mention that you have tried the listed steps so our agents do not ask you to repeat them.
