If there is no sound when your Flare is connected to a computer via Bluetooth, try the following steps:
1. Close all media applications on your PC (such as Windows Media Player)
2. Change the default output device on your PC to "Flare"
For Windows: Settings > System > Sound > Output
For Mac: System Preferences > Sound > Output
If the issue persists, try updating the Bluetooth driver of your PC to the latest version. Then, reset Flare by holding the BassUp and Play/Pause buttons at the same time for 8 seconds (when it resets successfully, the BassUp and light indicators will flash twice and the speaker will power off automatically).
