To figure out the root cause, please connect Flare to your phone and see whether it pairs properly (make sure you choose the correct Bluetooth name: Soundcore Flare). If it pairs with your phone, this means that the Bluetooth of your speaker is working properly. In this case, please try the following steps:
1. Reboot your computer then turn off and turn on the Bluetooth of your computer.
2. Clear all pairing records on your computer.
3. Reset Flare by holding the BassUp and Play/Pause buttons for 8 seconds at the same time, and then re-pair them.
4. If the steps above did not help, try upgrading the Bluetooth driver of your computer to the latest version.
