What Should I Do If There is No Sound After Connecting My Soundcore 2 to a Computer?

If there is a sound issue after connecting your Soundcore 2 to a PC, please try these steps:

 

1. Close all media applications on your PC (such as Windows Media Player).

2. Change the default output device on your computer to "Soundcore 2".

Windows: Settings > System > Sound > Output

Mac: System Preferences > Sound > Output

3. If the issue persists

  • Try updating the Bluetooth driver of your PC to the latest version. 
  • Reset Soundcore 2 by holding Vol+ and Play/Pause buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.
