If any of the following problems occur
1. Only one earbud has sound.
2. One side does not pair with the other side or my device.
3. No music plays after connecting with my device.
4. Cannot pair or reconnect with my device.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if there are helpful:
Put the earbuds into the charging case and close for 10 seconds. Then open the case to try pairing again.
If that doesn't work, try the following:
1)Make sure your earbuds are fully charged
2) Forget the Bluetooth pairing record on your device if you have previously connected the earbuds.
3) Reset your earbuds via this video
4) Turn off your device's Bluetooth and turn it on again to air with Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro.
5)Please leave the earbuds outside of the charging case until the battery run down, and then recharged them and is able to pair again. This tip has proven to often times already help. Please try more times.
