Getting the most from ANC often comes down to one thing: a proper seal. Before adjusting any app settings, start by checking your fit.

Check Your Ear Tip Seal

Try different ear tip sizes to ensure a snug fit on both sides. Mixing sizes between your left and right ear is completely fine. Use the Fit Test in the soundcore app (Settings > Fit Test) to confirm the seal is optimal.

Verify the ANC Level

This product supports multiple ANC levels. Open the app and make sure ANC is set to your preferred depth. For the strongest noise cancellation, select Deep mode.

A Note on Adaptive Mode

Adaptive mode dynamically responds to your surroundings. In quieter environments, it automatically scales back toward transparency so you stay aware of what's around you. If it feels "weak" in a quiet room, that's actually by design. For consistent, maximum noise cancellation regardless of environment, switch to Deep mode instead.

Wind Noise Reduction

This feature is designed for windy outdoor environments. In calm or indoor settings, keeping it disabled will give you the best everyday ANC experience.

Note: ANC cannot eliminate all environmental noise. In very loud environments, some background sound may still be audible—this is normal.
