Encountering issues with your V20i earbuds not connecting to your phone? This article is designed to guide you through the steps to take if your V20i earbuds won't pair with your phone. 1. Ensure remove the insulation stickers
Please confirm whether the insulation stickers on the earbuds have been removed. After confirming that the protective films have been removed, put the earbuds back into the case, close the lid, open the lid, then take them out and try to connect again.
2. Try to reset the earbuds:
1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Tap and hold the touch-control area on both earbuds for 10 seconds. After 3 seconds, their lights will flash rapidly and you'll hear a pairing notification sound. Continue holding for about 6 more seconds until another sound confirms the successful reset.
