Looking to pair your soundcore V20i with the soundcore App? Let's get started with this simple guide.

1. Upgrade soundcore app to the latest version

Download and upgrade the soundcore app to V3.6.4 or above. If you already have the app, it is recommended to uninstall it and then download it again. Overwriting installation is not recommended.

2. Pair earbuds with your phone

Pair your earbuds with your phone first. Currently, the soundcore app does not support computers.

3. Open the soundcore app, select "Add Device"

Open the app and select "Add Device". The app will automatically connect to the earbuds. The first time you enter the app, you must agree to enable location permissions.

4. Try manual setup if the connection fails

If the connection fails, click "Set Up Manually" > "Other" > "soundcore V20i" on the page to check whether it can be added manually. 

5. Switch system region/language to US/English

For iOS phones, go into the region of the system, and switch to the United States, while for Android phones, switch the system language to English (United States).

6. Reinstall the app if needed

If it still fails, please uninstall and reinstall the app and log in again.
