In this article, we'll walk you through some easy troubleshooting steps to get your earbuds and phone harmoniously synced in no time.
1. Make sure to remove the earbuds' insulation stickers
Please confirm whether the insulation stickers on the earbuds have been removed. After confirming that the protective films have been removed, put the earbuds back into the case, close the lid, then open the lid and try to connect again.
2. Try to reset the earbuds
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the charging case start to scroll and then stay on for 5 seconds. At this time, your earbuds have been successfully reset.
