1. What should I do if one side of the earbuds is malfunctioning, either by not powering on or failing to pair?
① Remove the protective film covering the charging pins on the earbuds.
② Ensure that the earbuds are fully charged and powered on.
③ Reset the earbuds per the following steps:
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the charging case start to scroll and then stay on for 5 seconds. At this time, your earbuds have been successfully reset.
④ Try these earbuds with another device.
2. What should I do if one earbud is silent but touch-responsive?
① Place both earbuds into the charging case at the same time and close the lid, then open it again to reconnect.
② If this doesn't work, please reset them as per the following steps:
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the charging case start to scroll and then stay on for 5 seconds. At this time, your earbuds have been successfully reset.
