- Microphone for software: soudcore V20i Hands-Free
- Speaker for app: soudcore V20i Hands-Free
If you need to adjust the volume, use the app. If you cannot adjust the volume on the app, please select "soudcore V20i Hands-Free" as the output on your computer and adjust the volume.
