Are you facing issues with both your earbuds and charging case not charging? This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to troubleshoot and resolve these charging issues. Our aim is to help you get back to enjoying your music without any interruptions.
1. What should I do if both earbuds cannot be charged?
- Please confirm whether the charging case has sufficient power.
- Please confirm whether the charging pins on the earbuds are in good contact with the pogo pins of the charging case, and try to wipe the charging pin with a small amount of rubbing alcohol.
- If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds.
1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Tap and hold the touch-control area on both earbuds for 10 seconds. After 3 seconds, their lights will flash rapidly and you'll hear a pairing notification sound. Continue holding for about 6 more seconds until another sound confirms the successful reset.
2. What should I do if the charging case cannot be charged?
- Make sure there is no dirt or water around the USB-C charging port during charging.
- Try using a different charging cable or adapter. Avoid using high-powered fast chargers.
3. What should I do if earbuds still connect to my device when they are in the case and closed?
If the earbuds cannot disconnect from devices means they cannot charge normally in the case. So please confirm the following steps.
- Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put the earbuds correctly into the case.
- Put the earbuds in the charging case, close the cover first, wait for 6 seconds, and then open the cover.
