This article will help you to reset the Space A40 earbuds. When you perform a reset on Space A40 earbuds, all of the settings will return to their defaults and most of the issues can be resolved. Let's begin!

1. Make sure your charging case and earbuds have enough power.

Before resetting, make sure that the charging case and the earbuds are powered. When you open the case, you can confirm the battery via the LED indicators on the charging case or confirm that in the soundcore App.

2. Then place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open. 

Make sure the charging case has enough power and the ear tips are not blocking the charging pins on the earbuds. Otherwise, it may cause resetting failure. As you put the earbuds into the case, you will find that the first and third LEDs flash to indicate that they are properly connected.

3. Finally, hold the button on the back of the charging case for 10 seconds.

Please hold the button on the back of the charging case for 10 seconds until 3 LED indicators on the charging case flash white 3 times and then flash white in sequence continuously.
