As is known, audio code LDAC, produces the best sounding audio when it's on the upper end of its adaptive bitrate, i.e. 990 kbps. On soundcore Space A40, LDAC applies only to Android 8.0 or later. Now that you’re all set, just follow the steps below for activating LDAC on soundcore app.
1. Download the soundcore app.
Download the soundcore app or upgrade the soundcore app to the latest version.
Soundcore app is available on iOS and Android devices. It can be installed from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Tap the links below to download the app.
2. Pair your Space A40 with your phone via soundcore app.
Pair your earbuds with your phone and enter the soundcore Space A40 app interface. To enable LDAC, press the Settings icon in the upper right corner ＞ Sound Mode ＞ Preferred Audio Quality (LDAC). It takes around 10 seconds to switch the mode.
3. You have enabled the LDAC on soundcore Space A40.
When you play audio with LDAC, data transmission volume increases. However, if you are bothered by the sound interruption caused by this, set the Bluetooth Connection Quality to Priority on Stable Connection.
Besides, please note that when LDAC is enabled, multipoint connection will be disabled automatically.
