A reset can reboot your speaker or it can clear all the current settings and revert it back to its original out-of-box state. If you encounter issues such as being unable to connect to Bluetooth, noise, audio delay, or no sound, please reset your device.  

To reset your Flare speaker: 

Power it on, and hold the "BassUP" and "Play/Pause" buttons for around 5-8s at the same time to reset. When it reset successfully, the bass up and light indicators will flash twice and the speaker will power off.
